You are responsible for any damage to the boats and motors. You may purchase our damage waiver of $30 per boat & motor which then reduces your liability to zero.

Deposits of $200 per adult is required at time of booking. Deposits are applied on a per person basis and are non refundable/non transferable.

We reserve the right to change cottage / cabin assignment to accommodate larger groups.

DAILY RATES

(minimum 3 day stay) must not overlap weeks.

Rates will be adjusted accordingly for groups arriving with different number of guests than confirmed for.

Any reservations not fully confirmed within two weeks, will be forfeited at the next opportunity.
